From Behind Bars is a prison radio show broadcasting out of Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, every Tuesday at 6:00PM Atlantic Standard Time on 97.9FM. We focus on issues relating to political prisoners, prisoners of war, prisoner justice, and liberation struggles worldwide.
Although the show is primarily spoken word, we also spin a healthy dose of lyrically conscious music as well, mainly hip-hop and punk. You can also check us out at www.chsrfm.ca for a live audio stream, or check out our archived podcasts online here at our main site.
